4. Doorstep Inspection & Delivery
Delivery schedules and estimated times are provided for convenience and may vary depending on local traffic, weather, or operational conditions.
Mandatory Doorstep Inspection: Customers are strictly required to check and verify all ordered items at the time of delivery at their doorstep in the presence of our delivery representative.
5. Return & Refund Policy
As per our store policy, we operate under a strict No Return and No Refund policy once an order has been accepted upon delivery.
Any discrepancy, damage, or missing item must be raised directly with the delivery partner at the time of doorstep inspection. Post-delivery claims will not be entertained.
6. Payments
Payments must be made using approved online payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) or via Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
Orders will only be processed once payment confirmation or COD selection is validated.
