Doorstep Inspection

We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly check and verify every ordered item at the time of delivery at your doorstep before accepting the parcel. Please inspect the product condition, quantity, and packaging while our delivery representative is present.

Missing or Damaged Items: If you notice any damaged, wrong, or missing items during doorstep inspection, please notify the delivery partner immediately to resolve the issue on the spot.

Post-Delivery Claims: Once the delivery is accepted at your doorstep, we cannot process any subsequent return, exchange, or refund requests.
